Levy’s Pharmacy & Surgical has been a family owned and operated independent pharmacy for over 100 years, making it one of the longest standing community staples here in Lyndhurst. Established in 1906 by the Levy family, the pharmacy became an integral part of our town, even boasting its very own soda fountain!

Levy’s Pharmacy was eventually taken on by Yolanda Garcia and partners in 2001, who continue to bring the highest level of excellence in providing healthcare to the community.

Our Store

Our team of dedicated personnel takes pride in providing you with the special one-on-one care only found at an independent pharmacy. We accept most prescription and medical insurance plans, including Medicare Part D, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Medicaid, but please do not hesitate to inquire about your specific healthcare plan and needs. Levy’s Pharmacy is also fully accredited by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics (ABCOPP) to sell and rent Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
